Not to question your group policies, im sure you thought them out, but I've already received a few messages from your group members wanting to meet?
Isn't it just a tad bit arbitrary to lay a blanket age requirement? I mean there are subs who would love an older dom, and doms who love to play with younger subs.
Also your not taking into account maturity at all, females mature faster then guys. Just because someone is under 25 doesn't mean they are immature or wouldn't meld/blend well with your group.
Anyway I've said my 2 cents, I understand the concept of following rules, and if this is the decision the group has come to then so be it.

Hello, first Las Vegas BDSM group is the oldest group in the area. Second Through pst experience we have learned that age definitely plays a huge part in th cohesiveness of the group.
Finally, if you read the about rules it states our group is real time, therefore, all members listings on fetlife are not real time members. Our real time list is on Yahoo and is closed to the general public. The only way to become a real time member is to have a sponsor, or attend the Munch and become known, and after a while a person will be offered membership to the Yahoo real time list.
You may think, why do we operate this way? The answer is being the oldest group we have learned after having 1400 members that it is not beneficial to the group, or the lifestyle to Mix kinky people with real time Masters and slaves. We also found that we no longer have drama that is prevalent in almost every group around the country.
Our group is not politically correct or pansexual and we do not practice the all acceptance philosophy. We have every right to pick and choose our members,
I hope that clarifies the issues.
