Neo Ranga OP 1 and 2. Little known, but great series. I got the first 3 dvds off eBay for $6 each; when I received them, I watched them twice in 1 week. I could hardly wait to get the last 3.
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig. Honestly, if you haven't seen these, there's no hope for you.
Seto No Hanayome. Great comedy with epic ending.

Chobits' OP always makes me nostalgia like a bitch, as well as CCS's second OP.
Durarara, Code Geass, Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei and Macross all have great soundtracks in general.

Kajiura has a pretty impressive catalog beyond Madoka. I think Kalafina will climb to be the most notable part of her career within the next 3 yrs or so, they were really active last year and those albums did good.
