People who get the game please inform me (us) about your experience. I won't get it straight away but maybe around Christmas. I played the last pokemon a lot when it released but never much touched it after. While Sapphire was my favorite pokemon game, I'm still a bit hesitant.

I played the demo with my sister and loved it. I might get two copies of it when it's on sale in a couple of years.

That's entirely possible. I often love watching anime with my sister too, even if the anime are mediocre. It's the experience I love. And in this case, the experience of playing the Monster Hunter demo with my sister was fantastic.

I might consider getting the game as well at a later time. I tried the Demo and enjoyed it as well. Always liked Monster Hunter, tho I don't like the controls.

If it's of any use most Monster Hunter games tend to drop heavily in price once a new one comes out.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate should be quite cheap now, and it's fairly similar although it doesn't have all the terrain interaction of 4. But it's still pretty great.
I own a total of 3 copies of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate/G so you may consider me a tad bias in this regard.
