I have fears of things in the dark. Not really the darkness itself, but of things in it that I can't see. If I know everything's clear, then I tend to prefer dark areas.
Also small areas. They make me feel like I'm gonna suffocate.
The best one has to be my fear of using proper names, though. For some reason it really creeps me out whenever I have to refer to a person or object by name if anyone can hear me saying it. It really gives me an awful pain in the back of my head and I feel like something bad will happen. I don't know why. It seems to help if I refer to the thing in question by referring to it with its type (movie / person / cat / food / etc) to make the reference less personal.
It's like the difference between answering the question "What are you watching?" with "Iron Man" or "It's the first Iron Man movie."
Or "Who told you about the meeting?" with "Steve told me" or something more like "I heard about it from that Steve person."
