So, finally, saturday is here. In less than 10 hours I'll be going to the K-ON! movie premiere, and when I come back I'll be back here and give you tons of spoilers for your reading pleasure.
I read that there will be some kind of stamp rally, and if you watch the movie at least 24 times in 24 -different- theaters, you will get some kind of rare present. I'm still thinking whether or not to try and go for it.
Spoilers? Bitch please it's K-ON. Like they actually have a story or shocking slice of life/drama moments.
And who wants to watch that movie 24 times? Well i bet some japanese uber geeks will do it but you know what i mean.

I'm soooo jelly right now. Looks like I'll have to ignore everything K-on! related (besides the manga) until a subbed torrent gets released. I don't want any spoilers.

I'm personally looking forward to this movie.... so I am looking forward to any - "spoilers" - that may be forthcoming, also, take pics if possible..
The STAMP thing looks cool, though it would be more conducive to save them as a complete sheet, displaying them, as I suspect that the price for it will increase in value. (I am thinking of the Collective Stamps - NOT - the stamps you're referencing to)
The thing about - "rare" - items is that your unsure what those (actually) are...
Could be a signed poster by the sieyuu, or a limited/conducive (Only to) the film figure, mobile charm, or something...
From what I seen (thus far) those items are pretty worth the effort.

It's easy to pull that off. Find out how you get a stamp like if it's from a pay stub just go to the trash of 24 theaters and collect them.
If it's a card you need stamped just tell all 24 theater ushers some lame story about selling the stamps on Ebay or you want to give stamps to an Otaku friend as a gag.
The best way would be to just trade something of value (a case of beer? or some cash) and ask a disgruntled theater worker for 24 stamps. A friend got a football starter jacket from a relative for Christmas and it was too small so he traded it to a guy who worked at McDonalds for 25 free meal cards.
I've seen people dig through public trash cans for Marlboro miles and McDonalds Monopoly pieces - those stamps should be easy collect. The left overs will most likely be thrown in the trash nightly.

I'll watch the camrip if it gets subbed. I'm not able to wait for the BDs to be released and subbed.
