What Non - Anime TV Shows Are You Currently Watching?

  1. The Walking Dead (almost dropped, but the last episode saved it)

American Dad (keeps getting better, while Family Guy turns to shit)

    Futurama

Doctor Who (but I haven't been keeping up)

    Robot Chicken

I need to see if anything good is on Cartoon Network these days. I haven't watched much on there since "The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack" got canceled.

  4. I only use my TV as a gaming monitor. If I need the news for disaster reports and nonsuch, my mp3 player's radio is good enough.

The non-anime stuff I watch are mainly RC and cat videos on Nico.

Boy that takes me back. I remember watching the very first season of that when it came out, I loved that show, but I lost interest once they got rid of all the original cast.

  14. I laughed at how many people watch "The Big bang Theory". I watch it also but I think they over use Howard & Rajesh. They're not funny anymore. I like the uses of Amy and Penny. I've become very happy that the show never mentions anything remotely "Anime". Joking or not they really make sci-fi and geek related pursuits look like only unsocialized males are into it.

    I usually watch:

True Blood, Spartacus, House, Boardwalk Empire, Decoded, Ghost Hunters, Attack of the Show, Dexter, Game of Thrones, American Horror Story, and The Vampire Diaries.

My parents say i'm like a blend of Sheldon and damn can't remember his name but the one who was dating penny(they watch it not me not yet at least). Seems i have Sheldons inane and maddening traits with social skills closer to the other guy.

  16. Watching The Big Bang Theory should be a capital offence.

  18. Typical TBBT episode:

    "Hey Leonard..."
    >The audience giggles.
    "Hey Sheldon."
    >Small laughs rise in anticipation.
"I've got a hangover bigger than the original X-Box..."
    >There is silence. The set goes black. One lone face appears, illuminated by candlelight. It looks upwards, towards an unknowable heaven, and an even more mysterious Lord. The fifth Horseman, Comedy, rides rough over the plains, and trumpets the true end. Somewhere, a child is born, and does not cry, but instead laughs. A man on trial for murder laughs as the prosecution delivers expert testimony; the judge, while in the middle of chastising him, laughs as well. As does the family of the victim, and then the entire court. The victim, long dead and stiff with cold, laughs, muffled by the confines of the morgue shelf they are in. They are joined by many more muffled laughs. If they are alive, if only for one second, it is to laugh, and nothing more. A new constellation forms in the sky, and it forms the letters L, O, and L. Brighter than the moon, they shine down upon all providence, and all who see it know what makes the world. Not pain, or cold reason, but laughter. Pure laughter.

  19. I ah... I like TBBT. There have been many unexciting moments in the last two seasons, but I guess it's kind of normal since it can't be SO DAMN FUNNY OMG every minute, but generally I enjoy it. And yesterday, catching up with this fifth season, I had many good laughs! It's also the first sitcom I watch after "friends", so... ...

Raccoons have terrible taste in sitcoms.
