  1. As always, this is maid, bringing you the best produce in controversial topics. In this thread we shall discuss crossdressing. But instead of sharing 2D or 3D pictures, for which we have several threads, I'd like to discuss the actual act of crossdressing. So if you're a guy, I'm talking about -you- in what is considered as female clothing in your culture. If you're a girl, I'm talking about -you- in what is considered as male clothing in your culture.

So, inspired by this post, I got to think a lot about it. A friend from back when I was a student here in Japan, was telling me the story of a friend of his, who's part of a group of like guys who crossdress and go to Harajuku and other places like that. Of course, the quality widely varies between omg and OMG!!, but his stories are hilarious. And true, by the way, as he showed me several pictures of him with those people. He was not crossdressing. At least not in those pictures.

I've never tried it though. It looks interesting (especially if your face helps you), but it also looks like it takes a whole lot of work. You'd have to shave legs, do makeup, use 100-piece clothes, and not every man has that kind of patience. I certainly don't.

And living in Japan, it's not rare (at least 3-5 times a week) to see a person in female clothing, ranging from "is this a guy or a girl?" to "not even if you shaved your beard you'd convincingly look like a girl. But I'd have to say there's some really good crossdressing cosplay as well.

So, what do you think about crossdressing? Any stories? If you want or have advice, this is the place to ask.

  2. There are quite a few really bad cross-dressers in Oxford.

By "bad", I mean beer bellies, chest hair and beards.

  3. What about blokes who just enjoy wearing the wide array of female undergarments? Is that considered cross-dressing?

  4. I like dressing people up and the harder the challenge, the better it is. So dressing guys so they look like girl is fun specially if they look rather manly. There's an unbelievable beauty in cute guys cross-dressing.

This is my friend Nils, we dressed him up as a girl for Halloween and he looked so cute. We managed to fool a lot of people, hohoho. <3

He's a rather big guy but he has a feminine face that made it possible. 8D

He even got laid and got a girlfriend within 2 days, meaning my makeover skills are AWESOME.

  9. So, it would go like

    And then

    wikipedia says:
Cross-dressing is the wearing of clothing and other accoutrement commonly associated with a gender within a particular society that is seen as different than the one usually presented by the dresser

    So I'd say, definitely yes.

Do you "enjoy wearing the wide array of female undergarments?" What's the experience like?

I've never tried it, and I have no interest. I just thought it might be different if men liked to put on bras, panties, stockings, garter belts, chemises, babydolls, teddies, and slips in private, or wear them discretely underneath their male clothes.

Even Americans are usually familiar with "bloke". Unless you're a FOB, it's unacceptable to not know it.

I'm not american. I learned american English as a child, but it's not my native language.

  14. I find cross-dressing women pretty hot, provided they keep their hair at least long enough to cover the ears. Male clothes tend to be more unisex, anyway. A woman in a suit? Mmmm mmmm.

By living in the US, or purely as a foreign language?

  16. I completely agree with you, but on a slightly different angle. I find girls who look (not act) like boys the best. Thicker eyebrows, short hair, flat chest.

Two of my three huge crushes in my life have been girls like this. One of them eventually acknowledged being lesbian... Oh, life.

Never been in the US for longer than a week. I learned most of my English watching HBO on satellite TV. What's FOB?
