Ever heard of living standard? Japanese product has always been more expensive than any of Europe or American stuff (2nd probably goes to Australia, i've been there and mineral water has never been so expensive before).
Your BD only cost like $20 while their BD cost $40. Their game cost roughly $100 usd, while you guys only pay like $50. Touhou game is considered very cheap for average Japanese people. Even if you are not, it's still cheaper than any import game (360, PSP or PS3 stuff)
I'm living in country where i had to pay 3x the price of American/EU product and as much as 4-5x price of Japanese goods. you didnt see me whine like a pussy right?
