The last time I did something about it was like, a year ago, I went swimming 3 times a week but then I started uni + work, so I didn't have the time anymore... And now I'm just a couch potato ;__;
And a secret? I love sweets. But, I mean, in a Stockingish kind of way. I NEED TO eat sweets everyday.
I should be really, REALLY huge, but I'm just being lucky... for now.

My work out consists of
70 push ups in the morning; at the gym it is:
benchpress 115 lbs ten times consecutively.
dumbell 30 lbs per arm 10 times consecutively.
incline 85 lbs 10 times consecutively.
Then repeat four times.

You'll end up with disproportionately skinny legs. Girls hate that.
^people tend to skip the glory of full body squat since they do not want to deal with shit load of muscle pain. And you just can't compared it with any other form of workout...those muscle soreness you get from upper body workout are pussy compared with what you legs can give you
back then when i go to gym like 5-7x a week, i would dedicate 1 day just for my legs, just have nice/light run on treadmill or stepper for 30mins...warm that legs muscle up, then do 120x full body squat within 30mins..and that's all
result was obvious, my legs were the strongest part of my body. although i didn't have big bicep to show off the result of my workout, at least my body were not disproportion like other freak out there in the gym

playing video games actually burn a lot of calories, thats why you see alot of skinny white gamers. But of course gaining calories is alot easier than losing, so your diet still counts no matter how much you work out.
The stairs in my schools. This isn't even a joke, after 2 years of smoking, those stairs seem to be one of my biggest fears as they have even appeared in my nightmares.
Aside from that, eh walking or going out on the bike with the dog is the only thing I do nowadays. So there aren't really any changes from 3-4 years ago, simply that I became more curvy but THAT HAPPENS TO ALL FUTAS AT MY AGE.
But I've always been pretty athletic, enough to finish my P.E. classes with nice grades. I used to do some ice-skating too (and gosh, my body looked fine by then) but then I quit and became a cow.
same, my high school had 8 floors and the lunch room was on the freaking 7th floor ~_~ the PE was intense, if you can't run a mile in 8 minutes, you fail... NO JOKE!
I was like 130 5'7 when I graduated, and in 2 years I gained 25 pounds same height... mother fucker ~_~
I've grown whenever I've started gaining weight, which evens everything out, so I look pretty much fine.
My body feels kinda broken and all that stuff because I don't do any exercise, but I don't really care. Maybe I will when I'm older, but I'll be a trillionaire by then, and ideally, the health industry will have advanced enough for me to just buy my way to a healthy body.

To be honest, the fact that this comment has taken this long to appear has actually worried me.
But no, she exists. And no, it's not a 'duty'. I can assure you no wife does ANYthing she doesn't want to do.

I have two friends one of them is single because he won't get off his damned ass and make anything happen and he will die single if he doesn't do anything different than he is doing now. He wants to find a woman, but they don't appear out of thin air and you can't find them while on your computer all day. Hmmm actually that might not be true I suppose.
The other buddy simply doesn't seem to want to be anything other than a single bloke. Likes his income, likes living at home, likely will be at home when his folks pass on. Has a good job, enjoys spending his cash on whatever. I know he's straight, just not interested in getting any.
I can't fathom guys not wanting to get any. Just too weird for me.
I can't fathom going the whole day and not getting off. I got the real thing this morning, and likely want more later. I am the exact oppossite of the one friend.
I have two local female friends I chat with a lot. THEY like getting a regular dose from THEIR boyfriends too. Maybe not daily, but it is clear their boyfriends don't need to beg for it. So it's not just a guy thing.
But I can't prove I get it nearly every day, and that is just that I suppose. I can live with that though :)
It only has to be true in my reality after all.

Being a lolicon and thinking 2D is better then 3D does not mean one is not interested in relationship, sex or love, so I don't understand the point other than ignorance of this line.
On Topic:-
I work out Monday-Thrusday, thinking of going this Saturday to try and burn fat faster, I do a hour of work out a day and watching my diet tho I still have junk food for lunch.
