Shinkis gonna Shink

Ah finally, a thread that separates the sheep otaku from the hardcore ones.
Most of mine are confined in display boxes after I set a pose that I feel suits them.
Arnval Mk2 Tempesta is with Oorbellen and Zielbellen, while Strarf Mk2 Lavina shares quarters with Artille and Raptias.
Ach has one all to herself riding her Patrolcus Trike.
Only my newest recruits Baby Razz and Maryceles are exposed.

Does anybody knows ANY place that is selling Arnval Mk2 Tempesta besides ebay that ships internationally? There is only one on ebay and I don't trust the seller.

Not a one.
Besides, Konami still retains the nasty habit of making Shinkis in limited numbers even though they don't give out Battle Rondo codes anymore.
Since Arnval and her latter incarnations are obviously popular, There's no immediate hope of getting Tempesta unless you preordered prior. (which is what I did)

You'll have to check often as Tempesta goes quick and commands a high price.Honestly, I don't like ebay at all, but that seller I've heard of before and I know they have a local brick & mortar store. I would go for it just make sure to use all the protection you can.

Yeah, kinda feared that answer. Lately I've been lucky to find relatively rare figures at mandarake, so maybe in the future I would be able to find her or some incarnation of her will appear at amiami. Thanks for your reply.
BTW Palmtop, I've stalking mandarake for an Arnval, not much lucky, yet. The current seller who is selling Arnval at ebay is not one bit reliable, I bought some gundam fix figuration before from him and he only sent half of the other. He didn't sent a single message, I'm glad I bought through amazon so I was able to recover my money.

Wow, they have an Yda Stradale up on that site but no original Yda?
Guess her status really went up after she was characterized as a tsundere/ojousama/femdom in the PSP game.
EDIT: Ho snap, Artille and Raptias are getting non-Dengeki Hobby limited recolors, and with new weapons too! (Air Dominance and Full Barrel) So want these...

Now I'm torn between them and the Viper duo... oi.

I'm not rich myself. I just plan to get these ahead of time and save up enough.
They're not normally circulated like Figmas and Nendroroids after all. It's annoyingly hard to get certain types of Busou Shinki once they fly off the shelves, you'd have to settle for overpriced/damaged stuff.

Anyway, took a page off Tiger's thing and decided to do a mini-drama as well.
I don't have any Transformers stuff though.
Ritsu: "Piece of cake! This 'bot can't beat my mad drumming skills!"
Razz: "FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!! +$%@*#!"
Mio: "THIS is why you're not practicing with us!?!"
Ritsu: "Yeow... sorry."
Razz: "....."

Can't be helped, Busou Shinki is a niche commodity after all. The statement in my first post here says it all.
Konami insists on the original characters in line with the Battle Rondo netoge and only allows minimal tie-ins with other anime and games for these figures (usually ones within their influence, like Hayate No Gotoku, Sky Girls, Beatmania DX, etc.).
MMS/Busou Shinki also requires the finger dexterity of an individual who's assembled at the very least a 1/144 scale snap-together model kit. Those armaments won't equip themselves, after all.
Figma is pretty much the everyman otaku's figure because they feature more prominent characters and the setup isn't as labor-intensive.
One thing they have in common though is that their respective figure bases are the handiwork of just one person: Masaki Apsy.

Fumikane Shimada and Choco's designs are the most fetching ones of all.

I don't have a Shiki mainly because of their prices, they pretty much cost a "deluxe/collector" figure of other series, such as GFF, 1/8 PVCs, Cloth Myths, Robot Damashiis, Composite VerKa, etc. Yet the true play value of Shikis it's to swap the armour parts and do some other fun stuff with them.
So far there are 3 Shikis I must have. Sadly I missed the pre-order for Arnval Tempesta and I never got to see her back in stock again. There are two really great Shikis coming up, Vervietta and Lirbiete. For sadistic reasons that I don't quite understand, they decided to release both at the same time; then I ask: which one should I get? Any ideas?

Any ideas? They usually release them in pairs, although these two are similar enough that you can skip one. I'll probably get the red one because: 1. It's wing shape resembles an F-22 Raptor 2. I already have a blue Shinki 3. Blonde twintails.

Shinki figures are always released in pairs.
Verveitta and Liebrete are both part of the Vic Viper Line, which as you've already gathered, allows their armor to be put together as stand-alone robots.
Past pair designs only allowed for utility vehicles. (Like Arnval & Strarf Mk2's jet sleds and Ach & Yda's trikes)
You don't have to get them both though. It's a matter of personal taste. The bottom line: Best color/design, tall or small.
