I like Michelle Phan but this tutorial wasn't my fav. Her make-up was waay too heavy for Miku!
Hatsoon Mickey, and Megaroon Luke.

Also, Michelle Phan's obviously not a cosplayer beacuse she puts on her
make-up AND THEN circle lenses. WTF? Obvs she has never tried to insert 18mm diameter lenses with white paint and 4 layers of falsies on.
No hun, she's careful to remind people that you should put on your lenses before you put on make-up. Also, seeing as most cosplayers make-up skills suck, I kinda hope some of them will listen to her tips.
Her best videos are the "homemade spa" thingies hahahaha they are awesome.

Why should I put energy on trying to make her look good? Since most nerds prefer "natural looking girls" (with tons of photoshop but they don't realize that themselves).
I put my energy on Make-Up forums instead. 8D
Make up is just make up and your face is just a canvas and not everyone will be an artist even if they DO have the right instructions.
Haha, I love reading you girl's posts in this thread. It's like me when I'm discussing cars.
She looks great, and I'm a big Miku fan. If someone has a better process or technique, you should post it and put it up for comparision rather than making denunciations. That would be the most beneficial to all without all the aspersion.
But I will agree that people need to learn how to pronounce Japanese if you are using it.
Hatsune Miku
Ha - like hah!
tsu - (you would think people could say this one with "tsunami" in the English language) start by trying to pronounce /t/ and then say "Sue."
ne - like the onomatopoeia "neigh" that is used for horses
Mi - me as in myself
ku - koo as in cuckoo
kawaii
ka - cah
wa - wah
ii - "e," like in ER (the letter "e")
the double "i" indicates that you extend the vowel sound a little
bit
lol This video was funny. But use it to learn how to say 可愛い(kawaii).

I agree it made Miku look like a cheap whore.
Then the shit on her nails I wanted to clean them off with an angle grinder.

Being bald is apparently cute to the Japanese.

Japanese people really do this gesture. It's considered quite normal.
She's quite humorous. Here is いいよ。(ii yo) The casual way to say "That's OK." or "Sure, go ahead."
The preview looked good with all the effects going on and stuff, but once she showed it, it just doesn't look right at all! T_T
