When I pressed My Account > Profile > Change Avatar then my browser go to the home page of sankaku and nothing happens . I use IE9, Firefox, Chrome. And everwhere is the same. >_<

I have not the letter from sankaku. In my forum profil is written that I am Member Since June 18, 2011 (1 hour)

no this is common for new members, i'm oretty sure you have to press something on the confirmation email.

use gravatar it's better, you just use the email you used for sankaku

No such thing as a 2nd world country. You just go from 1st world to 3rd world.
second world countries exist but the definition is extremely vague, i believe it covers the countries that fell with the soviet union but stabilized with a better economy but did not progress far enough to be considered a threat again.
