Deth, wouldn't it be better to keep the 10 year periods rather than having 2000-present? As in 2000-2009 (the 2000's) and 2010-2019 (the 2010's) etc.

I could do that, even down to five year seperation, since we are in 2011.
The list was *just* started to get things going, so it was expected that I wouldn't name off a bunch of titles at once.
I will keep Naruto and Bleach on the listing for the reasons that they did make a contribution to the anime mainstream.
I have to agree with Motaku96, if it wasn't for - "Sailor Moon" - anime wouldn't
have been main stream.
I will adjust the listing in a short bit, as I am using my mobile, to make this entry.

I'd never dare to contribute to this list. I started watching anime in Spring 2010--exactly one year back. I'm totally green. I do occasionally watch some of the old classics that I've heard many good things about. Ranma½ has to be one of my favourites.
Sankaku... I am disappointed in you... NO MACROSS OF ANY KIND HERE.
Macross 7 and Macross F (Frontier) Especially. Pacross Plus is debatable, being either you love or hate ie (myself being the former).

OK, I am starting with this listing and going backwards, in placing them.
I also separated each decade by half, so I will place each anime by its year properly, currently it will look askew, but will be corrected as the listing is properly placed.

Deth, I know you like making lists and all, but is this going to end up being a list of every and all anime everyone lists?
I thought it would be Sankaku-kun's definite list of the top 50 animes, with everyone's agreement. But it's not like I want you to change it or anything, you can make your list however you want.
Well, personally I listed those anime I think everyone should watch (that weren't already in the list), but of course the definition of godly is subjective
