Some comments on new shows:
Astarotte - loli succubus who needs to suck semen to stay alive... wtf? Art looks a bit cheap, but I will keep watching the next episodes and have some dirty thoughts.
Meramara - 1st ep looked good. Mangaka is a genius, picked up to show my reverence.
[C] - I was a bit disappointed. It got hyped, the art looked great on screenshots, but after watching the 1st ep it is on a meh level for me. Could get better, though.
Kaiji - I don´t really like it. I didn´t watch S1, maybe I should do it. But I will admit that a fucked up adult protagonist is a good thing among the flood of teenagers saving the world.
Hanasaku Iroha - one of the best shows of the season, together with Gintama and Steins;Gate
Tiger&Bunny - 1st ep was ok, 2nd ep was great. I like the idea of flawed superheros who are commercially exploited. This could become a great show, too.

I liekd C cuz of the premise, i agree with the art, i hope it gets better over time, but kinda reminded me of a grown up pokemon show with money instead of shiney glass badges lol!
Another one i watched that left me about to go cry myself to sleep was Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Boku-tachi wa Mada Shiranai. Loved teh art, and the premise felt like something that pulls you in right form the start, specially cuz they dont leave ya wondering about Menma!
Now as for otehr shows Steins;Gate looks awesome, Hanasaku Iroha too! I feel that and Ano hi Mita Hana are gonna make me cry like a baby this season!

I'm gonna say something VERY divisive now. Dog Days looks like it could shape up to be a decent if not actually a verry good show. The first EP really wasn't that good and made it look rather fluffy but episode 2 I'd say made up for the crap that was one.
As for Asarottes Toy gonna wait till EP 2 to start that one myself skimmed it and I HATE even pseudo cliffhanger endings like that.

Has anyone else noticed that a lot of the new shows this season had ovas come out last year? Hen Zemi, Azazel-san. I only realized now, but I guess the ovas were like a pilot to see if it would get a full series.

I currently try to catch up with the previous season. So the only ones I follow right now are Dog Days and A Channel.

Ok so finally watched Deadman Wonderland... Amazing! The animation was superb, and im really intrigued by the story!

I finally realized why I like this show. It's Bill and Ted's Excellent adventure but with girls and in Japan. I think I'm okay with this.
Moron goes back in time and helps historical figures in order to pass her history test.

I actually like this one too.
Especially the main character. She's cute, cheerful and has a nice personality. Plus I have a soft spot for dojikko characters. So yeah, definitely gonna keep watching it.Posted 4 years ago # -

Just watched Dempa Onna - awesome. I didn´t read the novel (nor anything about the novel) so I have absolutely no idea where this story is going, but I will definitely follow it.

Watched Ao no Exorcist since GG released it... im liking it, at lest it might be entertaining, even if the premise is old and over used...
