You are being equally as intolerant as you are suggesting she is. Just let her feel how she actually feels. There is an entire continent plagued with poverty, malnutrition, oppression and disease. I don't see a new thread about that everyday of the week. Pacpon doesn't understand how this warranted so much attention. I, myself care about what just happen over the past week and I can understand her completely. She isn't inhumane for feeling the way she does. She isn't inhumane for feeling differently than you do. Other than the part about focusing on helping is most important. It's true, spending time among insensitive jerks online is a complete and utter waste of time. There's no reason to even acknowledge the existence of such people and their opinions. That doesn't mean you have to defend foolishness, though.

1. If you don't "care enough for all of them" in terms of these threads... how about being a mature adult and just not posting in them like any other thread you have no desire to read rather than trolling them? Just saying.
2. The internet isn't by nature a place for insensitive comments. It's people like you who have spread the now accepted norm that people should expect and act in accordance to rude insensitive human interaction. The internet is, by design, a place for networking and information sharing... the fact people like you have devolved it into the expected muddled pile of insensitive thoughtless masses is a shame.

You don't stop hatred from being poured into a thread by making a thread specifically for going against haters. Doing that is pretty much equivalent to impaling an Africanized bees' hive and throwing yourself into the water, only to go back up and watch in horror as you realize that those bees are still waiting for you.
I can't stress this enough that the moment you show 'trolls' that you care, that's when you lose, and that's when you agitate the situation, making it worse for everyone else who might agree with you before.
Shut the fuck up and just watch that shit go. People have died and you can't resurrect them even if you bawwwww about this for 3 centuries more. Let them say what they want. If you can't take it, go to other communities and stay there for a while until this shit stops being the hot topic. Otherwise, YOU will be the one ending up annoying everyone.

As one of the older sankauans who just came back let me tell you something sankaku was once a wonderland of freedom a person could say and post pretty much anything except kiddie porn and we'd geta good laugh. No if anything it's people like you who don;t quite get it. Yes it is for sharing information and yes alot of people are assholes but ya know what you NEED assholes to have a fun world and being PC is too tiring and sankaku at the very LEAST was a bastion for such freedom. So no he should be in the clear as another ol timer he knows this place better than you.
Also yes i care about this problem but needing about 50 topics on it doesn;t make sense. Though that ina way is also the old sankaku spirit nigh absolute freedom.

If by this you mean the old nigh absolute freedom almost anything goes philisphy seeming to go away and die then yeah i see it especially as someone who was of for several months. Now that i'm back it;s like this place has died down(course this one could just be cause we're in one of the slow periods) and watered down.
