It may be that they had their first periods behind the scenes, and it just hasn't been made clear in the manga.

wth are you talking about? isn't the usage of Tampon already sign of menstruation? it's not behind scene, its pretty obvious they had their period long time ago

Whoa, hold the phone... I thought only Mimi was using tampons, thanks to Aoki's sister's hands-on introduction. As far as I know, Rin and Kuro have yet to menstruate.

  3. When Rin and Kuro do eventually reach menarche, it's entertaining to think about their respective reactions to it. Any predictions?

I find it totally moe, so yes. How their unique wacky personalities will accept it compared to how Mimi did will be cute.

  10. I feel like this manga will be incomplete if Rin doesn't have sex.

Too bad that's not really the point of the manga.

  12. Yeah, H-Ero, that's not what the moral fiber of KoJikan is all about. It would detract from the essentially wholesome themes explored thus far. Be content with the over-the-top loli service that doesn't actually lead to anything.

I can't help my fascination with menstruation.

  13. Much like with other stories that push the envelope of what's acceptable in fiction, I think about how long it should take before the KoJikan manga and/or anime gets a North American release. My prediction, based on Western society's current rate of liberalization, is no more than 40 years. The manga almost got published in English, so it can't be too far in the future, now.

You do realize the religious conservatives are the ones that are the biggest threat to manga, right?

So? Who's to say that their influence won't decline, in at least part of the Anglosphere?

By that time Kojika has any chance of being released in America, it will already be completely irrelevant and forgotten.

As long as references to it remain on the Web, someone will remember it.
