    I first heard of loli hentai when reading, "Memoirs of a porn store clerk" or some such similar blog- it would have been sometime in 2001-2002 (I recall what I was doing schoolwise- but not when in the year). However, I didn't really look into it beyond looking up hotties from videogames/anime.

    My first actual exposure was probably around 2005 from downloading "The Story of Little Monica", which was appealing enough to fap to, but always made me feel really dirty afterwards.

    My real appreciation for loli came shortly after my exposure to wincest, when I realized that younger sister sex was comparably hot to older sister sex, at least when done in the format of exporation gone a little far. In particular, "Together with Brother" by Kisaragi Gunma, from the Love Selection tonbouken is what really turned me onto the stuff.

    For the uninitiated: "paper dolls" for your computer. Basically 2D hentai still-frames, except with clothing layers you could take on/off, and mix up at will. Kind of a tease, because for the really hot ones you had to click on articles of their clothing sometimes hundreds of times before they'd let you move the clothing off the girl...

    Jeez, I didn't even know what "anime" or "hentai" meant back then, but somehow I randomly came across KISS dolls after a professional level of experience searching for porn on the internet at age 16 or so -_-;

    I remember showing them to a friend of mine who was a race car driver and mechanic... the absolute last sort of person you'd expect could be into anime/hentai (much less anything with the word "dolls" in the title), and he got addicted to them for a while ^^

    That would be a mispelling of tonkoubon (tankōbon). Aka, the japanese term for a bound manga serial, as opposed to the weekly magazine distributions. My fault for not looking it up before posting.
