Wow... I read the first ~6 chapters over a year ago and I don't recall any ecchi content. Did it get more intense later on, or did it get pulled for being about perversion rather than being perverted itself?

I haven't gotten a chance to read any recent updates but the chapters I read last year weren't very ecchi (it had more MANservice than fanservice).
