     Ah, I cant find the video(it was on World's Dumbest Criminals or something), but I recall one where this guy charges into a convenience store with a handgun raised and some off duty cop is standing by the counter. The cop pulls his gun and starts screaming 'Get on the ground!' and all that jazz, and the criminal runs behind some shelves and kind of looks around in a panic and then just sort of goes down on the ground without a fight as the cop comes around the corner.

     So yea, on the subject of criminals with guns, how many of them actually have the balls to pull the trigger anyway, especially when confronted with resistance? Not that guy at least.

     Same here I see the PRC not China as a sickness that needs to be cured.

     They waste money on this crappy plane yet their power plants have no scrubbers and are slowly poisoning their land and people.

     Then they do shit like this here some of it such as the persecution of the Falun Gong makes no god damn sense at all.
     Seeing how executions are carried out by the police vs a separate entity within the justice system most likely go unreported to higher levels let alone the outside world.

     it's the PRC they don't care and nor does the western world I can understand the U.S. being tight lipped but why hasn't the other west nations start complaining? I never understood that

     Too bad curing it won't be easy if only I had something like an Asgard matter transporter.

     I was thinking something more surgical like these.
     

     But if you got sententials why not send them as well.
     Just need to make sure they're smart enough to tell a civilian from a PLA soldier.

     Not only should this only be a civil case I'm very disturbed that this even fall under ICE's jurisdiction.
     Really DHS needs to be disbanded never before in the history of the United States has there been a more useless organization.

     It also is a complete and total waste of funds the investigation likely cost far more then the money the guy earned from ads on his own site and certainly far more then what the copyright holders lost which was nothing as the streams were free to view in the first place.

     At the most the copyright holders should be able to due is 1.) take down the site or 2.) demand a cut in the ad income.

     I don't see what TV streams have to do with terrorism,customs,or, homeland security but apparently they were given this power under the patriot act.
     Not directly but simply because many parts of the Patriot act are very vague.
     As for a warrant they can request certain information from ISPs without one.

     fukken patriot act has leaving the U.S. never looked so promising now...

     although I would opt for revolution the feds will be quick to crack down on such things AND not one bit of it will reach the news

     True but where can we go?
     It seems as bad as the US is every other place is even worse.
     My only option it seems other then going to space is to stand my ground and fight.

     If only someone can take the best of democracy and communism and combine it together, then maybe we will have a highly efficient system. While this site is always one sided biased toward any evil, you can't deny the growth and achievement of China at the sacrifice of freedom and justice. On the other hand, USA have been waging seemingly pointless wars and code name it as bringing freedom: "Operation Iraqi Freedom", "Operation Enduring Freedom".
