   First of all what is "moe"? Moe is a made-up term by Japanese Otaku which used to refer to a cute person who look like Anime/Manga characters. So post any cosplayers that made or can make you to shout MOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!. As for me, some of them are :
