    Hiya,

I'm going to Japan for a 2 week holiday (Kyoto/Osaka) and I was wondering if any of you guys can recommend some sights that shouldn't be missed (serious please).

I'd appreciate your input. Obviously stuff in the Kyoto/Osaka region would be most helpful. So far I've got:

    - See a Sumo fight
    - Visit a traditional Bathhouse
    - Go to a temple, a garden and a castle
    - Eat sushi till I pop ^^
    - Go to a really cheesy Karaoke bar xD

Please only serious and on-topic discussion. I'm all for trolling but not in this thread, thx :)

Unfortunately, no. There are tags at the side of the forum, but mostly seemed kinda useless.... =(

  5. - See a Sumo fight
As far as I search for it on google, these are not any of match in this season because of the off season for sumo. But then there may hold some match of professional wrestling.

    osaka professional wrestling

    - Visit a traditional Bathhouse

Meh, forgot "visit a Go-Saloon", but I'm sure they're not that hard to come by :)

@Roukou & Tzion: thx for the suggestions, visiting Nintendo or an Anime Studio does sound appealing :)

They don't give tours. In fact theres not much to see there just a big rectangular while building that has nintendo written on the side.
