  7. Not sure about subhuman, or filth, but certainly another aggravating sub-culture in humanity. Ignorance in all its forms piss me off.

  9. If I was with them, I'd just pop a gun in my mouth and end everything.

  10. Now now i'm sure we all had a weaboo phase at one point in our otaku evolution. The best thing to do is bring them here and have them read artefacts old stories about japan to disillusion them about it being perfect.

And kick them in the balls.

  12. I didn't see any weeaboos in the video, just people being dumb.

But then that's the whole point of spending several hundred bucks over a weekend at a con.

If you don't get to fuck an anime fan of the relevent gender in cosplay it wasn't a perfect weekend though.

I'm a pokemon brat but my weaboo phase didn't start till i was like 16-18 and then maybe abit older. Something tells me my seclusion from normal schools led to a delay. and it laste d afew years though in my case it was ageneral interest in japanese culture not just anime and manga i even took college classes in japanese. Used to despise japan as well bad run in with an immigrant neighbor. Guy had a new car or motorcycle every fucking 2 weeks or so. Was like clockwork.

Oh i should add pokemon started when i was something like 11-13.

Yup. My Neighbor Totoro, Sailor Moon, Noozles, Dragon Ball Z (before toonami), this one vhs of this show I have forgotten but it was about racing, and misc. movies and OVAs my dad rented for me.

Stop trying to prove yourself, Unsung, nobody, save everybody, thinks you're a weeaboo. Hehe.

I was introduced to anime through nun cosplay porn...so... go figure.

  20. @Neko Oh wow.

Most Asian kids are introduced to Sailor Moon, Pokemon or Cardcaptor Sakura long before they know what anime is. I've just been watching it forever and just progressed onto original Japanese dubs and more complex story lines. My weeaboo phase was around when I was 7-10, I could do all the movements from the Sailormoon transformation scene and recite Sakura's card summoning monologue.

Never had the "I want to be Japanese" phase because I'm already Asian anyway. I DID do the speaking random Japanese phrases but only to my Japanese friends who were trying to teach me Japanese at the time (grade 5-6), never just randomly like "OMG that is so kawaii!"

I hide my power level pretty well now, all the people at my new school know I'm into costuming *coughcosplaycough* and I sew. Being into anime and manga here is just like reading comics and watching cartoons in the US. Most people do it, some are more into it than others. Everyone reads Reborn! and One Piece, but very few know what seiyuu are.

It's so sad when I see 16 year olds these days do that.
