Note that I referred to people with controversial practices/attributes who have never directly hurt others (blacks/gays/witches/the lone person who faps to 2D/3D loli in the privacy of their homes). Terrorists can hardly be included in this category. Also note that I did not include child molesters or rapists in the category.

If lolicon is illegal to possess, then I believe the same logic should hold about hate paraphernalia. Both are not actual crimes, but one of them is.
Not true in my country (at least legally, but the government is a huge hypocrite, like in other nations). I believe you can possess anything you like (as long as that cannot be used to endanger others, like a bomb). But meeting in groups, oh well, that's a gray area for another discussion.
