Inocence is a human concept and quite a recent one at that. Fact is first worl nations and second worl one like the U.S. are only able to have that concept because we can create easy lives. For anyone who has had hardship in there life they know that innocence lasts only as long as you can shelter someone from the harsh realities of this world.

1. It's the mothers responsability to inform her daughter of what could happen if she doesn't use a goddamn condom. And consensual? Goddammit, she's ten years old. She shouldn't be having sex to begin with!
2. It doesn't change the fact that giving birth at such an early age is dangerous for her! Mostly because while giving birth, the body gotta open itself down there you know, and sometimes it's not enough and the kids head will rip the girl (I know this 'cuz this happened my mom, not on a super dangerous level but it still was pretty bad). You see, if that happened, she could die. I'm not saying that it's the kids fault either, I think that mother did a terrible job as a mother.
3. Don't come telling me that I don't understand the cultural difference or whatever. I'm born in a country were girls get pregnant at the age of 15 and that's how things are "supposed to be". And I know the big difference here. I know it's normal for kids to experiment sexually, but having sex with each other isn't normally what kids do you know.

Ok so Sorrior was right, genetic freak takes the win. Extremely rare it says, i wonder what the actual percentage is for that to happen.
Its sad to see that this might become commonplace in the future with kids developing earlier and earlier. Rare might not be so rare anymore.
