Yet another opportunity to ogle the fantastic level of improvement the visually sumptuous anime Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei exhibits in its DVD editions versus the TV broadcasts. It really is most impressive how much extra refinement goes into such an already impressive visual experience.

The release of the sixth Bamboo Blade DVD brings with it the news of a remastered/reincluded bath scene (apparently the scene was removed for broadcast due perhaps to a lack of literal steaminess to preserve the modesty of the characters), though fans can rest assured that a high standard of taste is maintained throughout; see what you can expect below, not that I wish to imply a certain other recipient of erotic upgrades is lacking in taste.

Leaf eroge White Album is set to get adaptations to both anime and PS3. The anime is set to air in January, whilst the PS3 game has a nonspecific 2009 release. Production staff for the anime have been confirmed (most notably the director has some involvement in Nanoha Strikers, and the writer was involved in Key The Metal Idol), but the cast is not yet finalised.
