More plundering of the Vipper haunts, this time the theme is 3D Japanese girls with extremely appealing faces. I think some of these images may be more suited for admiring than for using, but by all means do as you see fit.

Glasses/megane are the theme of these images, plundered from various Vipper haunts.

Here is a gallery of young Japanese ladies wearing particularly stylish swimsuits (sukumizu wearing girls need not apply), plundered from some Vippers. Some of them look quite wet.

A gallery of girls sporting the ears and tails of various beasts, and chiefly attired in fine silken kimono.

A fine Horo (or Holo) gallery culled from various sources. Some exceptional images within, though in some cases the illustrator has omitted to draw clothing. Win cunningly placed at bottom so as not to inhibit downward scrolling behaviour.

This is the petanko/hinnyuu kemono mimi (flat chested animal ears) gallery. Images possessing the quality of moe and a definite sense of flatness are abundant. The above Lucky Star Digicharat cosplay seems to stand out.

This was originally going to be a pure kemono/neko mimi (animal/cat ears) girl gallery, but as I gathered too many images I have had to split it into a Horo gallery and a kimono kemono mimi gallery, as well as a petanko/hinnyuu kemono mimi gallery; these come afterwards. This is the normal kemono mimi gallery. Surely the highlight is this high resolution image of the SOS-dan in beast attire.

The otaku scene in China seems to be developing well, and, notably, is gradually abandoning the shameless commercial piracy which unfortunately has come to associated with China. Here we have some fine examples of Chinese made dojinshi (see below for images and translation), which exhibit some evident talent and are not just mere knockoffs.
Perhaps as a natural consequence of steady Chinese development, the otaku scene there appears to be thriving, and not just in an atmosphere of disregard for intellectual property; I am reminded of my earlier article on the figure and otaku scene in China, where we hear that otaku are not subject to opprobrium there, even as they are in Japan, and that they are capable of rejecting commercial piracy.

I don’t usually go in for idols, but the ones the Vippers have come up with in this gallery are a cut above the rest, it seems. They are mirrored below.

A fine gallery of yukata (also kimono) wearing girls is mirrored below. Unfortunately, there isn’t much chance to see many young ladies wearing kimono/wafuku in Tokyo (plenty of old ladies do though), except on special holidays, when they invariably spoil the effect by festooning themselves with boas, mobile phone accessories and designer bags. Credit goes to anonymous vippers.

Anyone not a regular visitor to the likes of /d/ may not be familiar with this series of highly original single page H manga; this great series is a favourite of mine and lacks mirrors, so I thought I’d compile both English and Japanese versions in one place. You can follow up the author by way of his new online presence. Hopefully, there will be more to come…

One of the more interesting mangaka to appear on the scene in recent years is 甚六/Jingrock (jinroku); his works are understandably popular, dealing as they do with such familiarly appealing themes as sex crazed high schoolers. In the hands of a less talented artist this might lead to run of the mill eromanga, but Jingrock manages a distinctive style with some distinctive elements, as well as amusing stories.
