As you can see from this video, someone has succeeded in creating nothing less than a remote control bicycle riding robot Hatsune Miku, inspired by the robot toy you see in the video.
The video gives plenty of interesting (and visually self explanatory) details on how the robot was made, and you can see the appealing sight of some MikuMiku riding at the end.

For some reason, the recent cast off figure rendition of Hatsune Miku, by GSC, neglected to include the appropriate striped pantsu, or shimapan, instead opting for plain white. Quite an omission for a figure whose main selling point (apart from being gorgeous) is the removable skirt.

The recently released loli ero-doll by Arte Tokio, and the superb Dollfie Haruhi, offered some appealingly authentic reproductions of their subject matter, but were scaled down, and not “usable”.
Instead, you might like to look at the state of the art in full size “artistic silicone doll”, by Level-D, what might in the case of lesser products be called a sex doll or Dutch wife.
Naturally, they come in Lolita flavours, and, naturally, they are expensive, a standard price being ¥650,000 ($6,500).

You can see some rather fantastic craftsmanship in this Suzumiya Haruhi doll, and in certain very special respects (see below), there is exceptional attention to detail.
The cost? If this auction is anything to go by, a mere ¥90,000 ($900). The one you see here has apparently been modified, and is most definitely not for sale.
