In a turn of events that will surprise few, oppai-expanding roguelike Omega Labyrinth Life has sold over three times as many copies in comparison to its censored PS4 version, once again proving the passion had for sex appeal.
Famitsu’s sales report for the week of July 29th divulged that the Nintendo Switch version of Omega Labyrinth Life sold 6,643 copies, while the censored iteration, Labyrinth Life, sold only a paltry 1,977 – the removal of various sexy aesthetics and functionalities clearly having a major impact.
Critics have noticed however that Omega Labyrinth Life is still the most under-performing title in the franchise, as the original Omega Labyrinth sold about 25,000 in its launch week, while Omega Labyrinth Z sold about 18,000 on both PS4 and Vita.
I would hope so. Taking away the sex appeal removes any real appeal of the game.

So are you implying the only appeal to this game is the sex appeal? If I may speak subjectively, the actual game itself looks like it doesn’t offer anything of value compared to other games in the market. If you look at the dialogue it doesn’t look too inspired or noteworthy either. I doubt many will remember this game for anything besides the erotic mechanics. To me it just seems like an uninspired cash grab, just rub one out to some porn instead of wasting money on, yes, an unappealing game. To that extent if you consider direct competitors there are many options for erotic gaming that have something of value to offer. Not to shame you or anything, if it makes you happy than all the power to you. But to be fair, I found your abhorrent verbiage very one-sided. I like hentai as much as the next guy, but seriously grow up.
This is true, the only reason it’s getting any attention is because of the various controversy. While there are some good mystery chronicles games (like some Shirens, I especially like the Vita one), the majority are just complete garbage that just use the system without giving it any thought, just so they don’t have to come up with their own.
If you don’t care for gameplay at all and just wanted anime tiddies then, fine I guess.
I bought some of the original moero games and honestly they sucked. I mean you would not know it because all the sites focused on OMGnotittiesinvidya controversy instead of you know actually reviewing if the game had merits or demerits beyond the sex appeal.
