Tokyo’s Facebook Cafe Tests Your Social Media Security Knowledge

The latest in unique and innovative themed cafes in Japan has been based around Facebook as it tests customers and their knowledge of the social media platform’s security.

The special pop-up cafe opened in Tokyo’s Harajuku on the 17th of May serving up delicious Facebook-related food items.

One reporter that managed to take a look inside before its closure on the 19th received a small questionnaire asking them about their knowledge of Facebook and Instagram security:

“How well do you understand the security and privacy settings of Facebook and Instagram?

Q1. Do you know how to determine who can see your posts?

Q2. Do you know how to set a two-factor authentication for Facebook and Instagram?

Q3. Do you know how to report any inappropriate content on Facebook and Instagram?

Q4. Do you know how to block users on Facebook and Instagram?

Q5. Do you know how to create Instagram Stories and specify which followers to share your posts with?”

Depending on the answers given, patrons would receive one of three free Facebook emoji-themed pancakes available in three flavors: “sad white chocolate”, “wow caramel chocolate” or “love dark chocolate” together with a drink.
