The newly released Battlefield V launch trailer seems to have taken the hint and decided to focus highly intense action and warfare instead of diversity-enriched historical accuracy and identity politics its core audience loves so much.
Dice’s newest trailer for the World War II multiplayer shooter Battlefield V predominately focuses on showing off as many pre-rendered World War II battles as they could squeeze into one minute worth of footage, capped off by the obligatory diversity rather than squeezed in between it.
The practically realistic trailer depicting World War II can be seen below:
Battlefield V will be coming out worldwide for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Origin on 20th of November.
Regardless of ‘diversity’ or whatever it is they’re trying to promote, I just don’t get why people still care about games like this. We’ve probably had close to a hundred different FPS war games saturating the market in the last decade alone. Even that number might be low balling it… But seriously, how many times can someone play a game like this before the genre just gets old?

To top it off, EA decided to release the game on different dates depending how much you paid for the different packages. Even those who pre-purchased may have to wait another 10 days to play.
EA is like cancer to the game industry, introducing the worst practices time and time again.
