Nintendo fans have yet to grow tired of the Nintendo Labo as one user has made it possible to play airsoft without the need of any pain-inducing bbs or messy paintballs, even replicating the Nintendo Zapper (a gun peripheral that could be purchased for the original Famicom) in the process for extra style points.
A video demonstrating not only the game but also how the user created it:
Players load the top of the gun with the Nintendo joycon and then simply shoot each other until they win or lose; a rather convenient way of introducing newcomers to the world of airsoft.
Its called “Laser Tag” and has been around for almost 40 years. Airsoft is something different alltogether. Please get your facts straight.
no pain? where’s the fun then?
This is not “Airsoft” Sankaku…
The cardboard of the nintendo labo has nothing much. The secret is some adhesive mirrors that are applied on the cardboard. All the rest of the game’s work is done by the controls of the nintendo switch where one has light sensors that captures the brightness of these adhesive mirrors and the other detects the angle and position where the same control is. its functionality depends on the controls of the Nintendo Switch. It was my mistake to think that Nintendo Labo encourages creativity.
Were you actually under the impression that the cardboard did something?
I think you underestimate just how many people think that.
Ah Nintendo, taking humanity back two steps at a time with each cardboard consumed. Instead of thinking forward, they want to go back to the stone ages.
