The Game Awards 2017, whilst commonly a magnet for negative criticism from those enraged that their favorite games didn’t win any awards, was praised for once for revealing that Bayonetta 3 is coming, albeit exclusively for the Nintendo Switch – an important detail that will no doubt have many enraged, much like the Bayonetta 2 fiasco.

Naturally, some quickly took to Twitter to complain about the game’s Switch exclusiveness:

I’m glad I skipped Bayonetta 2 before the Wii U died, because there was no way I’d buy a console to play only one game (the only one I want to play on the Wii U). Although I would have preferred PC or PS4 release of Bayonetta 3, I’m still fine with it, since they’re planning on releasing the next gen main series of Pokemon games on the switch, so it’s more than enough of a buy for me to get the previous Bayonetta games now for the Switch.
So what if its on the switch, no one wanted to fund Bayo 2 until Nintendo stepped in and said here’s money, make Bayo 2, its only natural that Platinum would have some loyalty after that, plus i bet no one cept the big N offered em money for it.
im not a fan of this, but at least the franchise wont be in limbo like what happened to darksiders after THQ went under. also the you have to give the big N credit cause their putting their own money to fund the game which is why its exclusive to them alone.
Whats wrong with that? I wanted to play bayonetta 2 whole wii u lifespawn and now i gonna get part 2 and 3 on the same console with additional zelda and xenoblades( i wish they ported first one 2). Swith is pretyy decent console with all exclusives thats why i dont mind to buy one(when revision 2 gonna hits ofc since nintendo is doing beta tes with first one)
You wanted to play bayo2 the whole wii u lifespan but you never did because got one despite the good exclusives.
Now you don’t mind spending on a switch because it has a bunch of old wii u ports (in other words, 80% of its exclusives)? This is hypocrisy dude.
I love how they admit they screwed up with her style trying to please Nintendo children by going back to the old. Problem is that now you will get Switch sjw hispters bitching again.
