not surprising it got censored. even after all these years, the hiroshima & nagasaki bombs are still a touchy subject in asian countries like japan and china
i guess it was easier to replace the radiation symbol with a cat symbol, than to try to paint out the entire bomb and replace it with a penis or something less offensive.

Japanese streamers and artists seem to be increasingly playing Azur Lane instead of their usual Kancolle stuff, so I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss it.
Streamers are playing it because its a new thing to do, artists are drawing stuff from AL because it has fresh new characters to draw.
I mean s♥♥t the only reason I like that AL is a thing right now is because of the art being produced because of it, couldn’t care less about the game itself.
