Think the tentacle in question is a guy’s penis that is able to morph into a tentacle. A ‘penis’ tentacle versus other ‘regular’ tentacles might be a bit of a gray area with Japan’s censorship laws, but the other tentacles shown don’t appear to be censored unless there’s penetration.
