Yet another new PV has emerged for Netflix’s imminent live action Death Note movie, this time giving the highly memorable L some screen-time as he converses with main character Light Yagami (or rather Light Turner), with Lakeith Stanfield apparently surprising many due to his similar speech patterns to L’s English dub actor Alessandro Juliani.
The trailer, which has more likes than dislikes for once (at least, for the moment):
The August 25th launch of the Netflix Death Note movie inches ever closer.
This is so fucking bad. L as a n♥♥♥♥r is unacceptable.
And having Light as a honkey is just as unacceptable. Just cast all Asians for fucks sakes. Who cares about these “others”
Only pathetic weaboos dislike this.
L is not only black, but angry all the time. WHat WERE THEY THINKING?
Man L rely got a nice sun tan and bad as ninja costume ………………… WHAT
Im just glad anime is legit enough to start deserving things like this. maybe if were patient we will get some great adaptations in the coming years. its bad to always be negative guys.
Anime doesn’t deserve this s♥♥t. Nobody deserves this kind of s♥♥t. Also, nearly ten years ago Dragon Ball Evolution happened. This started way earlier, though. In 1991 an Guyver adaption was made. 1995 Hokuto no Ken got an American adaption.
Waiting won’t help you.
