The latest viral video to cause keyboard heroes to furiously type up their one-sided opinions has depicted cuddly panda bears being “viciously attacked” by their handlers, an incident which has apparently been taken out of context and blown out of all proportion by the internet and its absurd passion for cute animals.
Panda wranglers of the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding were caught on video violently dragging and throwing the young bears around, though the breeding center explained that the keepers were preventing the pandas from escaping their pen whilst fending off the bites and scratches of the wicked creatures.
The video, which has been hit with an abundance of dislikes:

A bite sustained by one of the keepers:
The three workers were reprimanded regardless and will be informed of better ways to handle such situations, something they should have learned earlier in their careers (or at least, to know when they are being filmed)…
Little panda probably just got cocky and wanted to attack the caretaker for fun and guy gets a bit mad, but I see no abuse here. Its not like he hits the panda in the face or something.
Trying to be rough with a panda is like trying to be ‘rough’ with a kid in full goalie gear.
These fuckers fall from 30 foot and scrable back up again.
And people worry that a HUMAN just…tossing them around is going to HURT them?
I guess it shows that White Privilege isn’t just for whites.
In chinese standards that is love, let’s not forget chines have shown little empathy towards animals.
f♥♥k animals
sicko, zoophilia is wrong! were there no girls on your neighborhood that you want to f♥♥k animals!
This is why you train people to handle animals correctly, especially when the animals are dangerous (ie. almost every animal that weighs over 5kg, and a significant number of animals that weigh less than 5kg).
