Shinjuku station has served as the location for another special event as the franchise-fest Kingdom Hearts series celebrates its 15th anniversary, where a stained glass clock and various digital displays playing cringe-worthy moments can be seen bewildering random passersby who know nothing about the franchise.
Videos of the event taking place at the Metro Promenade at the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line in Shinjuku:
The event will persist until January 15th.

Kingdom hearts was kinda ok… EXCEPT FOR THE FUCKING DISNEY CHARACTERS THAT CLASHED BADLY WITH THE OVERALL GAME THAT NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT WAS ALSO FUCKING s♥♥t AND DISNEY DESPERAE ATTEMPT TO MILK MONEY FROM WEABOS
Kingdom Hearts was Disneys desperate attempt to get a foot into the anime buisness.
Actually it came from SE wanting to create a game that would rival Mario, and they figured that the only character able to reach Mario’s level of popularity was Mickey, Disney also wanted to create a RPG game from a long time, and since back then both SE and Disney shared offices in the same building, a chance meeting between representatives of both companies in one of the building’s elevators offered the perfect opportunity for that to happen.
If they wanted to get a foot into the anime business they would’ve gone to Studios Gibli, whom they already had a lasting relationship already (Disney distributes their movies on the US)
I’ve been anonymus for years but made an account now, to tell you I’m deeply triggered by the articel. “cringe-worthy moments”? For real?
cant u just post as anon?
