The sexy stripping action of Akiba’s Trip has unsurprisingly resumed, offering viewers another weekly dose of scandalous service and over-the-top action as the series attempts to unfold what it deems to be a “plot” – hopefully making up for the strip-less release of Akiba’s Beat as well.
Omake:
More l♥♥i nudity, nipples, nopan…
The first few gifs are deceptive. I was hoping it would be more rapey.
Having played Akiba’s Trip Undead and Undressed, I do like the humor of the show, but why change everything about it? None of the characters are the same and the plot has been altered, at least from what I’ve seen, from the game. Okay, so the plot is different, fine, I can deal with that. What confuses me is, why change the characters? It makes zero sense.
Like I said, I’m enjoying it, but they really should have added a subtitle to it. So as to differentiate it from the game. And no, the “The Animation”, does not count.
Oh great and holy connoisseur of anime and game, what would you have it be subtitled as? Since your knowledge is far beyond that of it creators.
No-no, I’ll answer that. Akiba’s Trip: Striperism. It would set it apart from the game, while also referencing it. Plus, it’s also a play on the main concept of the show, stripping.
Or maybe Akiba’s Trip: The Second Coming, where it takes place years after the game and the Synthisters are still around. It’s also hinted at the end of the game that there are more Nightwalkers. So who’s to say one couldn’t come to Akiba and help deal with the problem?
These are just my thoughts. No reason to get upset. I just wish they’d stayed more faithful to the game, that’s all.
Don’t be a smart ass just because you know how. He’s not wrong, the concept is vaguely similar but this ain’t Akiba’s Trip. Different cast, different city, heck they even changed the villains from vampires to demons and changed why they’d get stripped, so even the core game mechanic has been changed. It’s basically an in-name-only random ecchi series now, instead of an adaptation of an ecchi game.
Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed is the third game in the Akiba’s trip series (Also known as Akiba’s trip 2 in Japan) and was just the first to come to North America. The first one was a psp game, though the enemies were still vampire like creatures but had a different cast as well. so this isn’t surprising with the cast change.
Oh noes, misogynistic punch!
Haha yeah I didn’t expect that too. Hope that they trigger so hard, that their snowflake community combust into black hole.
is this show based on the first game or is it an original story?
It contains the same principe as in the game. Strip your enemys down. But the characters and the enemys are some other. The enemys are not Vampires anymore but more Demons who posses people.
