Cops have taken a university student into custody for forcefully scissoring a woman whilst riding the train, with his motive apparently being to sell the luscious locks online to a random pervert for a quick profit.
The 23-year-old Aichi prefecture student was successful in acquiring some 35cm of hair from a random 40-year-old female passenger, though the student’s getaway was foiled by an observant staff member who had suspected that foul play was afoot.
Upon capture, the perpetrator admitted to his crimes, stating that he intended to sell the hair online, also admitting to similar crimes he committed back in 2013 – such as forcefully cutting off parts of women’s skirts.
The only question more pressing than why so depraved a market exists seems to be why the wretched lad did not simply grow out his own hair or start manufacturing “used” female apparel himself…
