Another beloved anime series will soon be making its transition to the 3D realm in the form of an upcoming live action TV series, enraging many fans as such “bastardizations” of anime tend to do, and with an added twist as Himouto! Umaru-chan becomes the target of China rather than Hollywood or Japan’s own TV studios.
A new IP deal announced by Shueisha has permitted international companies to adapt their content, causing China to immediately pick up on the success of the otaku-pandering series and attempt to profit off of it in true corporate fashion.
Apparently work on the adaptation is already underway and will debut in China during 2017.
I mean why this one and why live action? It doesn’t seem that it’s going to be half-assed, but still.
f♥♥k. Me.
If the Chinese are gonna ruin an Anime. At least ruin SAO to start.
And madoka.
China hasn’t proven itself to be awful at these nor have they proven themselves to be good at these
I’ll hold judgement calls on this and look forward with a far more optimistic outlook than if it was Hollywood but less than if it was Japan released.
Oh you watch this animu made live action thing, why the chinese and this one though it’s kinda weird.
The one thing about China is they where willing to take all that cheap labor and have the factories built. They have moved around the world, slowly buying major companies. China will become a middle-class society by 2030, based on income measures, new research suggests.
You can say whatever bullshit you want without backing it up as long as you mention the word research, new research suggests.
Yes because it does not stay stagnant, text becomes outdated over time. This is why things get reversions.
