Fate/Grand Order Anime Announced

A new anime for the Fate franchise has been announced in the form of “Fate/Grand Order -First Order-“, an adaptation of the similarly titled smartphone game that will surely earn approval from those desperately in need of more mesmerizing fight scenes.

A NicoNico livestream event for Fate/Grand Order had served as the source of the glorious news, with some images of the anime’s characters also being divulged:

The anime will apparently be a TV special and might only span a few episodes in length; Fate/Grand Order -First Order- is in any case scheduled to air in late 2016.
