The ridiculously revered Phantasy Star Online 2 has managed to continue pumping out promotion after promotion, this time starring Gravity Daze 2 and its adorable heroines, to hopefully help in keeping the ancient MMORPG relevant.
A trailer showing off all the collaborative content:
The event will officially begin on November 11th and will offer costumes of both Kat and Raven, a slew of hairstyles, accessories and other coveted items.
MMORPG = many men online role playing girls
MMORPG = Money Making Obnoxiously Repetitive Progression Grinding

1- going west? yes or no?
2- will there be a vr version of this game or new game that feature vr gameplay?

For the love of GOD come to america already
Seriously, just play on the japanese servers with the english patch. if this game comes to the west its gonna suck, theres going to be zero collaborations and no events which is what makes this game great and relevant compared to other MMORPGS.
I’m sure it’d have lots of collabs, like Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, Battlefield, Halo, Doom. Lots and lots of variation.
There’s probably too many rights issues surrounding the game that would prevent that. Sega has whored out the game to any and every brand out there.
Play PSO on the Dreamcast and you’ll probably wonder what the hell happened when playing the overly commercial PSO2.
You mean “gender rights issues”, because you know someone will definitely bitch about that.
“Why can’t I wear all the female outfits as a male!? SEGA hates LGBT!!”
Then it’ll make top headlines on game news media and SEGA will have to shutdown the English server. If there ever is one.
I remember seeing English-speakers bitching about “cultural appropriation” when they put the indian costume into the Japanese version of PSO2. You know someone will go nuts at the dreadlocks hairstyle.
>the overly commercial PSO2
Oh haven’t thought that PSO(1) wasn’t commercial.
Jeez. Also IMO the partnerships and promotions are the best ever way to support a F2P game and keep it fair. Everyone who denies haven’t played it.
Still waiting for this game in the states… I was way into psop2 on psp and bought a vita for this game lol. talk about foolish lol
