Nostalgia has consumed this latest ranking, which has tasked voters with selecting their favorite anime songs from the 1990s boasting female vocals, resulting in one particular psychological series nabbing victory from a beloved children’s classic that is still going strong today.

Two thumbs up for pushing the two best songs from Kenshin. It’s nice to see that they’re still appreciated.
I don’t expect an insert song to do well in this kind of list but from that decade, I really like the song ‘Enrai’ from Saber Marionette J (ep.12), sung by Yuko Kawai. It’s sort of a Japanese pop take on a cowboy song. Weirdly, it felt appropriate for its scene in a dystopic sci-fi android show. The singer has a nice voice too.
I also really like the first ED from GTO… ‘Last Piece’, sung by Kirari.
resolution from gundam X is pretty good too
Is it just me or for once Sankaku did a proper list ?
What holiday is this ?
