    This does not even remotely resemble Kurumi and she should feel ashamed for calling it cosplay of her unless Sankaku fucked up again and got the wrong character.

    It's not fanart. It's the costume that Kurumi wore 5 years in the past. It's in volume 11 of the light novel series if you're curious.

    In volume 11 it was shown that the Kurumi of that time was a huge chuuni and wore those goth loli clothes. She isn't fond of those memories.
