The talented Man at Arms team have once again catered to the anime-loving crowd as they have forged Trunks’ legendary sword from Dragon Ball Z, a blade that might be considered pointless in light of the vanishingly few times its been used and the fact that weapons apparently pale in comparison to fists in the DBZ universe.
The weapon’s creation process:
Incredible job, one of my favorite YT channels, they really have some amazing stuff there.
and this trolls still suck. unbelievable…
I just watched this Yesterday.
Now I want to see them make the Hestia Knife from Danmachi! Daggers and knives haven’t gotten much attention with this series.
I Hope Hestia knows that Bell never wanted anything from her. Love is the only thing money can’t buy you, it only gets you tolerance. Bell does not want her to feel sad in any way. That loser really only enjoys a little of her time.
Well to be fair, the sword’s design is not that outlandish compared to some other swords of anime characters out there. The main thing here is mostly the grip and the hilt, the blade itself look relatively generic.
I’d say the whole thing looks generic, really. It’s very unremarkable as swords go and as pointed out, Trunks barely used it at all other than slicing Frieza in half. By the end of the Cell saga he wasn’t even carrying it any more because when you’re Super Saiyan 2 trying to hit someone with a metal blade is like using a stalk of wheat.
Dragonball is just a huge story of power creep. Always bigger better stronger to the point its so ridiculous it turns from bad to funny at least.
But if you want ridiculous fun stuff you’re better off watching Gurren Lagann and Kill la Kill.
but it’s never reached gurren lagann levels. Now THAT is powering up!
A. He cut Freeza into about 16 pieces before blasting them to ashes
B. It broke with the fight with the androids. More specifically he tried to chop Android 18 with it and she blocked the blow with her arm which broke it.
That is HOT!
