Revered animation studio Trigger has created an animated CM promoting Kirin Beer’s beverage line, seemingly appealing to otaku with the presence of mobile games, scantily clad 2D girls and idols – possibly a wise decision considering the demographic’s indomitable size.

The CM also plays a part in a special social media campaign where participants can retweet the CM for a chance to win an autographed t-shirt and a free 24-pack of beer.
