An amorous 17-year-old boy unable to resist his sexual urges has been arrested by Kanagawa police for cutting a woman’s hair against her will, with the dazed boy stating that his motive was to “satiate his sexual desire”.
The incident occurred on a train of all places (the staple setting for minor Japanese sex crimes) as the 25-year-old woman was commuting to work; little did she expect that she would be the subject of an unscheduled hair-cutting by another passenger, with the woman immediately objecting to the unwanted barbering and bringing the boy to the attention of authorities.
When questioned by police, the boy (who admitted to his crimes and was charged with assault) revealed that he orchestrated the cutting to satisfy his sexual needs, putting him in exceptionally poor company…
reminds me of the sene in Edward Scissorhands where Edward cuts the woman’s hair that she almost arouses herself.
