AV talent agency Marks Japan has had its president, former president and one other employee arrested on suspicion of forcing one or more of its actresses to unwillingly perform in adult videos.
Allegations originate from an incident back in 2013 where a 20-year old woman (who contracted as a model in 2009) was reportedly forced to perform in an AV production, with staff apparently threatening to tell her parents and that she would have to pay the financial penalties if she refused.
The victim was “coerced” into involvement in over 100 adult videos until she became free of the contract in 2014, reporting her misfortune to police only years after the abuses concluded for some reason.
