Obama to Japan: “I Will Not Apologize For Hiroshima!”

US SJW-in-chief Barack Obama has stated that he will issue no apology for the atomic bombing of Hiroshima during his upcoming Japan visit, naturally instilling shock amongst less internationally astute Japanese citizens.

The Nobel laureate stressed that his pilgrimage to the prefecture (the first presidential visit since the bombing) would be to emphasize the established friendship the two nations have formed since that horrible event.

According to an interview, Obama had mentioned that leaders are often tasked with making difficult decisions in times of war:

“It’s important to recognize that in the midst of war, leaders make all kinds of decisions, it’s a job of historians to ask questions and examine them.

But I know, as somebody who’s now sat in this position for the last seven and half years, that every leader makes very difficult decisions, particularly during wartime.”

Supporters generally regard the bombings to have been a necessary evil in order to end the war quickly and save millions of Allied and Japanese lives alike, albeit at the expense of the innocent citizens caught up along with the many munitions factories and otherwise – opponents on the other hand tend to point out that at this point Japan was already sending out peace feelers and the whole affair was gratuituous.

If previous incidents are any indication, any actual apology by a US head of state would be so enormously controversial as to overshadow whatever diplomatic benefits could be had from poking through the faintly radioactive ashes of two long since rebuilt cities…
