I don’t care about creeps that play DoA, but leave good old Gust’s corpse alone, you KT necrophiles! No one whom you appeal, decorating your shitty products with magic word “gust”, takes you seriously last five years.

More DLC to be sold priced at 50€ or more, lol
Standalone game price on steam, 40€
Average DLC price thus far, 32.61€
Price with all DLC included 724,78€

This should honestly be illegal or at least people shouldn’t support Tecmo for this dirty practice, but seeing the constant release of new DLC, it’s probably the opposite. Sad.
I get that they’re pretty much just additional costumes, but it doesn’t change the fact that 40€ buys you an incomplete product (90% of extra costumes are DLC at this point, after all) and sets of like 6 costumes each cost more than the base game.
If you want a complete product you’re gonna need to shell out over 1000€ by the end of 2016. It’s downright criminal IMO.

    • How is it illegal? At its core it is a fighting game. You can get that for 40 bucks. If you want to play dress up with your favorite girl and fap to her, they will bleed you dry. It’s your choice. They know what kind of weak-willed customers they have, though.

Exactly, they’re exploiting their customers by forcing them to buy outfits in batches of 10 or more if they want a particular one, so that they HAVE to pay at least 20 bucks if they want even a single costume.
I wouldn’t have a problem with it if you could buy the costumes separately for like 1-2 dollars each, really. That’d be a fair option.

I know it’s the customers’ choice and I know the game proper is just 40 bucks, but no matter if you’re a weak-willed weeb wanting to fap to Kasumi or a fighting game enthusiast who doesn’t really care about costumes, the thought of missing out on content is always there.
You can’t even pick and choose which costumes you want, you either pay those 70 bucks for that 68 costume pack to have those 3 skins you like or you don’t get anything.
It’s a huge ripoff in general, base game comes with barely any extra outfits, meanwhile the first few DLCs that came out literally a couple days after release added over 100.

You know you do not need to buy it to play the full game, right?, You do not want it, you do not buy it, it does not affect you in any sense if you do not want to buy it, in the other way if you want new skins for your chars you have a huge repertory to choose from.

I do not know why people bitch about optional content. I could understand if it made your game incomplete in some way but this?, It’s just senseless bitching: “OH NO THEY GIVE ME OPTIONS BY ADDING MORE SKINS!, FREAKING A HOLES!”

        Yes, freaking “a holes”
See that 70 dollar DLC costume pack that contains 68 costumes? Let’s pretend you want one of them. Can you buy a skin separately for ~1 dollar? No.
You want that one skin, you better shell out 70 bucks, sucker.

        That’s the problem here.
